AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing 67-year-old man.
Edward Jefferson was last seen on June 14 at approximately 11:00 a.m., leaving from the 3800 block of Oxford Drive in a gray 2020 Kia Soul with a Maryland tag of 7FF4168 headed south on Peach Orchard Road towards Burke County.

The bridge was found to be a total loss, and officials said Saturday afternoon they would immediately start work on demolishing it.
Jefferson is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds.
Jefferson is known to have dementia.
